Jan 27,2025Stephen was incredibly helpful in store - he knew when to leave us to discuss/browse and when to step in with helpful and constructive sales advice. Once we had reached a decision he walked us through the purchase and order process very efficiently. Since then he has kept in contact and been extremely responsive with regard to delivery arrangements.

Jan 27,2025We found the experience at Barker and Stonehouse in Hove brilliant. It was our first visit to the store, as we wanted to see the quality of two armchairs on their website before purchasing. We were not pounced on by anyone and left free to wander around viewing the furniture on display and having a coffee in their Cafe too! The Sales Representative, Paul Constance, was attentive, professional and friendly when processing our order. The chairs arrived in 6 days, the packing was superb, and they look lovely in our lounge, as well as being very comfortable and well made. We will definitely recommend this store to friends and family.
