May 30,2024Barpig is op alle fronten top. Als spel duidelijk en laagdrempelig. Het spel schreeuwt plezier en het artwork is machtig mooi. De uitbreidingen zijn een kers op de taart. Maar wellicht zijn de personen achter het spel nog beter dan het spel zelf. Hun voorkomen (waaronder de geniale pop up taverne) en de voelbare passie maken het allemaal nog beter.

Nov 08,2022I've had multiple times where I've contacted Barpig members. Either for one of the Kickstarters or because I bought something. Every time a pleasant experience. Though they are a small studio they work surprisingly fast and are very helpful. For example: - I had some misprinted cards in one of my Barpig cardsets and had a whole new set within a week - When I had questions about a Kickstarter i got an answer within a day or two - sometimes, when asked nicely, they might even do you a personal favour like wrapping a Christmas gift you sent to your friends address (even though this service might not be included in the price) And this time Kickstarter had an issue with my card. But I could still back the game via the shop. 10/10 points

Dec 03,2021Fun above all to play in a group of friends (or strangers:); Barpig provokes good humoured rivalry. The great art and overal presentation go hand in hand with the well thought out mechanics. This card game is akin to an RTS in that you "just want to play 1 more game". By all means buy.

Dec 01,2021Terrific game, very funny and made for social people who are not afraid to make an ass (donkey) out of themselves. I very much recommend this as a guy's night out kind of game. The humor is on point, it helps break the tension and you might just garner enough attention for people to want to join you. The cards of a high quality so that beer doesn't ruin them easily. This is a design choice. Met one of the inventors at an anime convention and there's a real passion for this game. I highly recommend this to anyone who is fearless, wants a good laugh and wants to make memories.

Cards are of great quality, the artistry is amazing. Definitely reccomend this game. The people behind this product are friendly and quality driven. They care about providing a quality project that can be enjoyed by everyone. They provide card translations, answer questions, are very helpful, and want honest suggestions and feedback to improve their products and the user's experience.

Mar 24,2025I bought the game on Spellenspektakel I think 2018 or 2019. I received a special card and I lost it. I had some contact with Barpig and their help and service was really good. Sadly the special card was, well, special, so there was no replacement for it. I did go and buy a different expansion that had the same elements in it. I even received a wooden inlay for the game which was very kind! For the game itself: Its a very fun game which is the most fun with around 6 people. Great party game and easy to learn.
