Aug 27,2019From initial valuation through sale everything handled in a friendly and professional manner. The valuation was accurate and not inflated to draw in custom. Terms and conditions seemed fair, with no excessive tie-in. Fees very reasonable compared with other agents we approached. The whole process went very smoothly. The sale was agreed within a few days of marketing. Very satisfied with the service throughout and would definitely use them again and recommend to others, should the need arise.

Ollie viewed my property last week and had it advertised on Barton & Co's website pretty much the next day. We had the first viewing today, for them to slightly over offer on Ollie's valuation (which he got spot on) in order to take it off the market. I'll be using Ollie and Daryl again in the future for both buying and selling. The enthusiasm they throw into their job means hard work will pay off. Thanks again guys!
