Oct 13,2023Chris has been my ‘go to’ mortgage advisor for several years now, and I will always recommend him if asked. He is friendly and proactive, and has always found the best rates and given solid, helpful advice. He will get in touch before mortgages expire and if needed will look at what options are for renewing or transferring. All in all, absolutely top service and a lovely chap. 100% recommend.

I don't know how he manages it all but he is very organised and provides a professional, supportive and helpful service and always with a smile. He responds promptly and we have used him since 2017. Chris arranged our original mortgage and made the remortgaging painless and explained all the different products available. We have also recommended him to several friends and colleagues who he provided the same fabulous service too. I highly recommend this company.

The applications were very complicated with very demanding lenders criteria, but Chris sorted all the applications, explained everything and kept me in the loop, with a successful outcome. May 10,2023We surprisingly got our initial mortgage with Bath-mortgage as the intermediate with the bank, something we didn’t actually expect. Bath-mortgage has since then secured remortgages twice for us, they have been following our mortgage plans, they knew when our fixed plans were coming to an end, they would send us messages, applied and secured the best remortgage plan for us each time without us having to stress about it. They were sincere when showing us options to choose from explaining the pros and cons of each plan. They even applied and changed a plan on our behalf when interest rate improved before our last plan started to our favour. Their fees are quite reasonable. I will highly recommend Bath Mortgage to anyone for their outstanding services.
