He has a kind and friendly approach and explains things in a way that isn’t daunting and is always happy to help. Cannot recommend Bath Mortgage search enough! Great company.

Chris does such a great job and is always one step ahead, meaning that I do not need to stay on top of product end dates and opportunities to switch. He takes time to understand the motivation for making changes/raising finance, which has enabled him to come up with creative ways to solve financial problems. He was happy to spend time answering any questions and very good at explaining the process and the more complicated aspects of getting a mortgage.
