In 2008, we opened our bathroom showroom at our branch in Hedge End (Unique Plumbing Supplies). We had realised that the market was missing a showroom that offered a wide choice of bathroom products that were high in quality whilst offering competitive prices.
As a family run, local business (trading since 2004) we wanted to offer our customers quality products and an unrivaled level of customer service, as well as a sense of well being and value. Over the years we have developed the showroom in size and in quality, staffed by our experienced manager Mike and his colleague Natalie. One example some times it is possible to replace an item with something similar but at less cost without compromising on quality. When buying from internet you do not get the personal service and when things go wrong can cause a lot of grief. Keep the good work up, well done

Starting with a beautifully laid out showroom with great designs that inspired ideas; they were informative and helpful. They also proved to be very flexible and accommodating, working with our excellent plumber, to exchange products and fittings when the design had to be modified for various reasons.
