Jun 22,2022Bat is great but paid for 2 day air shipping took 5 days to arrive. Didn’t say the shipping was your fault, but yes it was delivered on the 5 th day. Guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else next time, since your reply seems like you could care less.

Jun 30,2022I was trying to exchange a bat and unfortuantely, BatsPlus was not very friendly and made false accusations. Do not buy from them. Made getting a refund very diffuclt. Luckily I bought through Amazon. It took way longer but I ended up getting my money back. They told me to never buy a bat from them again. Terrible Customer Service for a bat that all I wanted to do was exchange.
