Apr 08,2022On or about 2/18/2022 I purchased a DeMarini Voodoo One BBCOR-3, 33 inch/30 oz. bat from bats plus for $499.95. After approximately (1) month of use the end cap on the bat cracked. I returned the defective bat per the warranty instructions from bats plus to the manufacturer. DeMarini, the manufacturer, provided me a $350 credit and told me that they had no replacement bats at this time and that this bat had been experiencing many problems with cracks to the end cap. I contacted bats plus and informed them of my issue and that the manufacturer had provided me a $350 credit and asked that they send me a new bat or $150 to make me whole from the original $500 purchase price from bats plus approximately one month ago. Bats plus denied my request. I will not do business with this company again and hope that any of your readers will look elsewhere for their products if this company will not stand behind what they sell to the general public. After reading the reply from this company I guess that I need to recap the math for the respondent company: Purchase Price: $500 Less Credit from Manufacturer: (350) Proposed Credit from Bats Plus (150) I asked for a new bat that was not defective OR my money back, not both. I hope this is clear to all. The fact that I needed to do this recap is all you need to know to stay clear of this company.
