Sent another email today, see what happens. She’s going to try it out until I get a response back because I believe she has 30 days to try it..

Mar 19,2022Can’t wait to use my new bat looks and feels great. Unfortunately it came without the bat tape/wrap in place. Would’ve been nice to have received the bat ready to go. I’ve never had to rap about and wasn’t sure what I was doing. Not thrilled with the end result.

Mar 17,2022Excellent Customer Service from Bats Plus! They were extremely knowledgeable and responded to all my questions amazingly fast as I was deciding on a bat for my son. I also called when I realized I ordered the wrong bat size and they corrected my mistake immediately with no issues. Ordered the bat on Tuesday and received it on Wednesday the next day. I will definately use them again when my son is ready for another bat.
