Zij is vakinhoudelijk een expert en wist heel goed mijn vragen te beantwoorden en mij te adviseren. Als eerste contact opgenomen via de chat. Daarna ook per email en telefonisch. Gehele traject is heel professioneel en ook vriendelijk verlopen. De ring die ik heb gekocht is van een uitstekende kwaliteit. De verpakking was heel netjes en ook een certificaat erbij gekregen. De opvolging per email is ook heel goed geweest. Al met al een hele fijne aankoopervaring aan overgehouden.

L'accueil est toujours aussi charmant et professionnel, les explications sont claires et précises,la qualité des pièces est irréprochable et les prix très compétitifs. Et quant au service, difficile de faire mieux car nous avons commandé une bague en décembre et l'avons reçue début janvier . Tout était parfait.
