My initial contact with the store was over the phone. The salesman was helpful and courteous. He handled my transaction quickly and when I arrived at the store a few hours later, everything was ready to go. Because it was such a big parcel, one of the staff helped to take it to my car. I would have no hesitation in returning!

Happy with company and service but not with transport company ( Toll). When my delivery details changed next to impossible to contact right dept. or courier with changes, delivery ran 2 days late, regards Chris S.

We were very happy with the sound (no pun intended) advice given to our church as we upgraded our sound system (amplifier, speakers) and although there was a slight mix up with being given the incorrect speakers this was quickly rectified without a fuss.

I got a great price on a Roland RD2000 stage piano while it was on special back in June. I'm very happy with the keyboard, however it was advertised with a bonus soft bag, which was not included in the delivery. Shortly after receiving the keyboard, I received an email from Bavas Music asking me to contact them if I had any feedback. I responded to let them know about the missing bag but received no response, which was disappointing.

Excellent shop, they have a lot of variety of books and instruments to choose from. If they don't have something they will order for you. The stuff is very helpful. I always go there for my gear and for any advice.
