Nick Bava from Bava’s Music City really knows about the Roland instruments. I had done some research online so chose to buy my Roland FR3X digital accordion from Bava’s because of their track record and because of their competitive pricing. When I phoned from Perth to discuss the pros and cons of the FR3X and the more advanced FR4X, Nick didn’t push me towards one instrument, he let me make up my own mind. Of course, he was right, the FR4X is better, but my budget only allowed for the older model, so he said I could call him any time I need help with programming etc. When I discovered a minor problem with one of the straps, Nick was straight on to Roland to send a replacement. Nick knows his stuff. And his knowledge and love of music was really obvious, just in our 20 minute phone conversation. I wish I was in Sydney so I could go to Bava’s to try the other accordions.
Drum kit I ordered online was shipped the following day after Speaking with them on the phone due to my original order Was not available. Will definitely order all my drum needs with Bavas.

Ordered equipment for new church start. Mixer, stage box, cables, lights, audio interfaces, LED etc. After doing more research we found that they over-quoted ~$5,000 just for LED screen and lights. They provided incorrect lights, in comparison to what we wanted, ofcourse they were ~$2000 more expensive than what we originally needed, now due to not being used we are selling those lights. For setting up our hall, they left job half finished, out of the 10 XLR inputs required onto the wall only 2 worked. Would highly not recommend them. Period.

Deal was misleading and outdated. Read the fine print as my piano purchase didn’t include the bench as advertised. Came with free headphones that are awful and done even fit the jack. Called Bravas and the response I got was “read the fine print” and “you’re lucky to get a piano during covid”. Poor customer service.

Aug 02,2020Emailed, never got a reply. Rang, was told they would ring back with information on a price match and told me the company I was wanting a match with was dodgy and unprofessional. Messaged on Facebook and said they never rang back and they slagged off the competitor on the call, was told 'our staff would never do that'. Rang again, went to get information and hung up on me. Rang back, tried to find the person I was speaking to, hung up on me again. Rang again, the lady could find the details to answer my questions, so said she would ring back. She rang back and said the information on the website was wrong and the product was not in stock. What trainwreck. Update after their reply: So, as you can see it turns out it was my fault as even though they had provided awful service to this point. I was supposed to interact with them again to sort the issue. Yes, it appears that is a serious response. And then even though I live in a different state, they say, we can help you with a deal as long as it is offline (during a pandemic). An underwhelming reply if ever I have seen one. UPDATE 2: I decided to email this Bava's Music City about a product to see what it would be like. 2 emails one through a product page and one through the contact form. No reply through the contact form. 3 days for a reply through the product page form and all it said was "Frank will check for ou. Regar d" (that's not a typo that a cut and paste), 6 days later still no follow up.
