Mar 20,2023The bridal lehenga I received from Bay Chic is absolutely beautiful. It honestly took my breath away when I first saw it! I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day - It truly was my dream lehenga. For this, I will always recommend Bay Chic and be really grateful for the experience working with them. I do have to be honest about the cons of the experience so that others can be aware. Pros: The lehenga is beautiful. I am 1000% satisfied with it. Bay Chic were always very polite and quick to respond in their communication. There were only a couple of times in the whole process replies took longer than even a few hours. The customizations I requested where fulfilled and the work is stunning! Cons: Delivery was a few weeks late from when I was initially requested it and I often felt like I had to "nag" to get updates. I had to reach out to them and tell them how urgent my order is. Once I told them this, they did seem to try their best to get it to me on time. On the website, it says they send a swatch of your customized colour; this was never discussed with me (maybe they no longer offer this?). Although it ended up being great, I was really worried about whether the customization was going to be correct. By the time I got picture and video updates, it was already in production and we were nearing the wedding date. It was beautiful but if I had to make a change, it would have delayed it even longer. Recommendation: Yes, absolutely I would recommend Bay Chic. I would just be extremely clear with them from the beginning of the absolute deadline and also give lots of time. They say their goal to have it shipped to the customer is around 6-8 weeks. I think it would be better to put in the request at least 10 weeks ahead of time (still very reasonable for this level of work, I think). Also, I would advise to follow up with them on any promises - if they say there will be an update on a specific day, follow up if they don't follow through. And of course, be kind, always! The bottom line: I love my lehenga. I searched for months and months for the right bridal lehenga and I'm extremely satisfied. I would order from them again and give more time before I needed it. Cannot thank you all enough and everyone who worked so hard to make this outfit for me!!! I know I made the right choice in selecting baychic to create my bridal wear..dont think I would've been as satisfied with anything else. The wait times did make me a bit uneasy at times, I must admit, but I understand now why. Thank you so very much.

Bay Chic took it upon themselves to create an exquisite piece that had always been my dream lehenga! And they created it on time while also ensuring that it reached me on time. Their team was always responsive and reassuring! They shared swatches and sketches, and also discussed ideas. The embroidery on my lehenga is to die for and trust me it was not an easy piece! Sep 11,2022I am from Fiji and with the current COVID-19 and Ukrainian war related restrictions make it extremely difficult to get a bridal lahenga of your choice locally. I came across Bay Chic on Instagram. However, with many online scams and poor delivery of work, I was hesitant at first to engage Bay Chic. I then got recommended by a friend who had just got her bridal outfit to Fiji from Bay Chic. I decided to take a chance as I had no other choice with the limited timeframe. To my surprise, Bay Chic performed beyond my expectations! Taking less than 2 months only, they completely hand made my entire embroidered lahenga, exactly like the inspo photo that I had shared with them. Throughout the process, Bay Chic kept updating me on the progress of their creation and kept assuring me to trust the final end product. My lahenga is so super gorgeous - Bay Chic took care of every minor details of my expectations. Upon completion, my lahenga had reached Fiji within 2 days from India (Bay Chic uses International Priority FedEx), with local custom taking 5 days to clear. I am so glad I trusted Bay Chic with my special day and I will recommend Bay Chic to any upcoming bride from anywhere around the world. It’s worth the price, stress-free and so easy! No regrets. Sep 01,2022I have JUST received my Bay_Chic dress (Gold Lengha) Shipped all the way to me in the UK! And wow! Literally.. I cannot tell you how happy I am! I was already excited by the whole process and the 5star communication and photographic updates from Bay-chic from the start. I must say I was a bit nervous as essentially you are trusting people you have never met. HOWEVER it’s real. It’s genuine. Getting something so special and unique made just for you.. and just how you want it. There is just no other wonderful feeling! I will not be posting photos until my event. However happy for anyone to discuss in the meantime if they have any queries of my experience. Oh also the speed in which they did this in us INCREDIBLE! I can’t really get my head around it to be honest but their team must be the highest of skilled! I cannot fault one bit, Thank you Bay_Chic for making my dreams come true xxx

May 24,2022I am very grateful that I chose Bay chic to design my Wedding Reception Lengha . It was a wonderful experience working with them. They were very responsive to my calls & messages. They kept me updated of the progress and that is something that most designers fail to do. I was very concerned about my outfit as most designers like sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre etc,required 3 months or more advance notice for international brides and since I was out out time, I decided to get my outfit designed. I then came across bay chic. I had been following their Instagram page for many years and finally decided to let them design my outfit. I am very thankful I trusted them and gave them the opportunity to design my lengha. I wanted somehing very royal and elegant with bright colors. I am very grateful that Bay Chic made my outfit designing process so smooth. I shared an image with them for reference and everything was done perfectly. They incorporated their own ideas and designs to give my outfit a unique royal look and am definitely loving it! I was very particular about the color and works but am very pleased that Bay chic exceeded my expectation. Even in terms of the material used. I wanted my full outfit to be in raw silk material. Everything was done according to how i wanted it. I received the outfit just in time as promised by them. I now can not wait to wear the outfit and share the pics. I will definitely share images after my wedding.
