It’s been a trying time with COVID but the continuous dialogue, reassurances and the professionalism was greatly appreciated. The results were appreciated as well !

You can tell the level detail and perfection their team puts into their outfits, the embroidery work on my outfit was stunning! All my guests said it was by far their favorite outfit I wore during my wedding weekend. While I did have to constantly keep up with messaging and ensuring my outfit would come in time during the pandemic, I appreciated BayChic’s customer service for the most part. I am so glad I chose them, by far the best fitted outfit and one that I will always cherish forever!

Apr 08,2021BayChic has been absolutely amazing for the entire process of my bridal outfit and Groom’s Sherwani. We communicated throughout WhatsApp the entire time and it was absolutely sooo easy to speak with them every time I needed something and to relay pictures and videos of our outfits. We just received our outfits yesterday and we are so so so blown away. They are better than what we saw on videos and pics. It’s just so so so perfect and we are sooooo exceptionally pleased with ALL BayChic has done for us for our special day. We are so happy and would be a returning customer for sure. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I dont care who are they, yet I will chase after this company for giving others mental torture and could not able to refund or deliver the product.They seem to fail to make my lengha after my deposit paid a year ago, Jan 2020 around 17000rs. They keep promise me at last promise on refunding till this date no answer or reply. They are so good in commiting crime like ensuring my comments on their instagram does not visible for the public read. One of the worst people and bussiness. They feel those who paid huge amount are greater than those pay small amount. Lucky i did pay small amount than i engage the genuine designers to make for the bride. Sorry this people are the most terrible and they seem to cheat you almost in every promises. Just we are from another country they seem to think we unable to act according to the law. If we mention the word law,that too see for them nothing as they not afraid of it. They must refund no matter what

Mar 03,2021Before the pandemic hit, my fiancé and I reached out to Bay Chic to purchase our wedding outfits. At the beginning there was a lot of promises. Once the locked down hit, everything changed and this process became very sticky. We were not able to hold our wedding on the original date therefore we were requesting Bay chic to refund our deposit. However, they advised that wasn’t possible. We realigned and decided to proceed with the outfits. Bay Chic decided to set new delivery dates and we worked to progress delivery of the outfits. It became a bit frustrating reminding them what we wanted as a good amount of time had elapsed due to the pandemic. We recently received the orders and they look good for the most part. I thought the color was a bit off and the details looked a bit rushed. The embroidery was unraveling in areas and the needs were falling off. Some of the threads which had beads weren’t full enough so the pink thread shows on a red fabric. Overall, I would recommend Bay Chic but just note that you need to have a lot of patience with them since you need to be step by step in this process and constantly follow up with them.

Dec 19,2020My experience with baychic was really great as at first I have ordered 3 outfits for my sister wedding in Djibouti 🇩🇯 and I requested from them to make them in limited time and they accepted my request and made them exactly as we wanted them and in the exact time we agreed with them. We were very impressed with the quality of their clothing. The amount of details in the outfits that I purchased totally exceeded my expectations it was same as the models outfit I showed them ! The stitching was also great and on point with the measurements that I provided them.Also,they provide you with the photos and videos for all stages of making the outfits which leaves comfortable and not worried. And as my first experience was very successful I order another 2 bridal outfits from them and the results until now is outstanding I cannot wait to receive them.I definitely recommend them for any event outfit and for sure I will order from them again.

Dec 04,2020Firstly let me say, excellent customer service. I live in Guyana and I ordered a bridal lehenga for my fiancee (without her knowing). From the moment I contacted them they were nothing but helpful. They not only suggested alterations to the design but was able to work around my budget. What was amazing was that the time they told me it normally took to make the outfit would have been too long (past the wedding date). But they started on it as soon as I confirmed. And they actually finished it way before than expected! The best part of it was the contact person or persons (I don't know who it was). Bit they were extremely patient with me. I was beginning to get nervous that time would run out but they kept me up to date with what was going on with the outfit. This reassured me a lot. As time was coming close, they gave me day to day schedules of the progress and they were able to keep to it exact (I guess most of the persons in the factory were devoting their time to it). The outfit is on it's way and scheduled to be here in 4 days. I'm really excited to give to my fiancee. Will update as soon as I receive it!

Nov 11,2020The seller and owner, who attends on Whatsapp and Instagram, will say yes to everything you ask for just so that he can make a sale. Once he has you on board and money is taken, all promises are faded away. They played with my bridal lehenga too much, as it was nothing near to what I had asked for. Not timely at all. Not responsive. Very rude over messages and phone calls. The dress is not even worth 10% of the price I paid. Do not recommend at all!!

Nov 05,2020Very disappointed with my lehenga !! Original price is 50,000 and it looked like 10,000rs dress !! Color is not exactly the same , lehenga skirt is not as bunched as other lehenga skirts !! Let me tell you, It doesn’t look like brides lehenga. Waste of money and time . I don’t have time now to go with other options , this is so last minute . I will never recommend this to any of my friends. In instagram bay chic will post very good pictures , I am not even sure if it’s their work !!!

Oct 21,2020I have just recently ordered from Bay Chic and I cannot fault them. I reached out to them to see if could make a outfit of my choice & design, they got back to pretty quickly. Started the process I was concerned how I would measure myself, they kindly video called me and told me how to do all the measurements. I paid my deposit which was pretty simple to do aswell. They kept be updated with the journey of the production When it was made sent me videos to make sure I was happy. This was pretty much turned around in few weeks . Parcel arrived Loved the outfit Did everything they said and what I asked for. I will definitely be ordering from them again
