May 15,2024Large BGE delivered promptly to my rural address. On opening found Conveggtor had been damaged in transit. Folks at Capital BBQ replaced it with no issues. Great service and pleasant people. Kudos to Duane and Kathleen in particular.

May 15,2024We ordered a couple spices about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately one of the spices that was delivered was not what we ordered. We contacted the Support team, and a corrected replacement was sent immediately. We then had trouble with the delivery, and the courier company returned our replacement to BBQing. Again the Support team got the spice re-sent, with no extra charges to us. We are very impressed with the efficiency and speed the Support team dealt with our problem. We will be sure to tell our family & friends about our very positive experience.

May 13,2024When I ordered the BBQ was shown in stock. After several weeks with no word I phone to find out why I hadn't received it. I was told that my BBQ was now back in stock and would be shipped shortly. Better communications would have made for a better transaction.

Customer service was also great. Only had one small issue which was ironed out without hassle. So glad we went this route...highly recommend!

May 03,2024Unbeatable prices and very good service. My bbq arrived with a broken handle, the bbqing team immediately fixed the problem and I received a new handle quickly. I recommend this company. The only negative point is that they should change delivery company: very bad service... I had to travel 100km to pick up my barbecue myself after bad communications.

When the issue of stock availability came up, I was informed of the short delay and when to expect communication as to its earliest ship-out date. Part arrived the next day, after the notification, via Purolator and I had the new part in and installed, cooking with gas the following day.

Apr 30,2024Ordered the Louisiana Premier 800 pellet grill. Paid $1,500 for the bbq from bbqing.com. I received a bbq with a defective control panel right out of the box. After my first cook, I noticed the weld was broken on the barrel at the end and all the grease is leaking out the side. No help from bbqing.com. They refused to replace it or let me return it. I regret buying from them! Think twice, because they’ll sell you a defective product and you will be on your own to figure it out. Update: I did receive a call from Bbqing.com and spoke with a representative about my experience. The representative seemed to take my complaint seriously and requested additional information. The additional information was provided and I am now waiting to see if I receive any type of resolution. I will update my review if/when I hear back from bbqing.com…..stay tuned…… Update - June 03, 2024 - the Bbqing.com representative was extremely helpful and very understanding. She took every step possible to help resolve my issues. Thank you! My review has changed from 1 star to 3 thanks to her help.
