Mar 19,2024It’s probably nearly a year since I shopped at Capital BBQ but it’s still worth mentioning that as I recall the service was top notch. There is always great advice and even for items not in stock, delivery is quick. It beats shopping at a big box store. I bought a Weber portable gas barbecue and accessories such as a folding stand. This is àn outstanding product for its cooking performance as well as durability, cleaning and maintenance. I find that it is all the barbecue I need even when cooking for guests.

Mar 16,2024I ordered an item for my Napoleon BBQ that was showing as "in sock" on their website and paid for it. Days later I got an email telling me that the item was back ordered and would not be available to be shipped out for at least several weeks. I did eventually receive the item several weeks later, but I have deducted two stars for showing an item in stock that was indeed not in stock.

Mar 11,2024The Grill Grate replacement grills are absolutely NOT a drop in item for a Blackstone Tailgater as advertised. They are too wide and they interfere with the tabs on the Tailgater lid preventing it from being closed. A follow up e-mail to advise the Seller of this was never responded to. Terrible experience with these people.
