Mar 21,2023Placed order Jan 4th, arrived May 1. Took almost 2 months for a part that was listed in stock when I bought it. Part was damaged upon arrival. They charge a huge restocking fee for returns. Sad beacuase I wanted to support local company but they just really provided a terrible customer experience. 0 stars.

The young lady I talked to saved the day, and I would not hesitate to either purchase from BBQing.com or to recommend them to others.
