Dec 11,2022Purchased a $3000.00 BBQ Disappointed here, should have got this local. Was asked to spin some wheel, won 5% off - DIDNT honor. their price was now higher but too late. BBQ was to be built - showed up in a box, now its big pain in the ass. Delivery was to be in the rear, 30 ft of clear access, yet was left in a box on my driveway. Not worth the headaches here. I don't usually complain but this was all Bull S.. Not fair, their customer service was nice but she didn't know anything, waste of time.

I had to repeatedly pester the delivery people but my new BBQ eventually arrived safe and sound. I am VERY happy with my new BBQ and I'm looking forward to experimenting with the rotisserie and other accessories I bought with it! Thank you!
