Sep 18,2024The part I ordered is cheap junk, made in China. You can’t tighten the temp probe to the lid without damaging the probe itself. This is the second one I’ve bought, and same thing happened. And no…I’m not over tightening it.

Sep 17,2024According to an email they sent me, I was supposed to be contacted before the delivery for an appointment, but never was and it arrived without notice. Luckily, I was home to receive it. But shipping delivery was quick and no other issues.

Its in the small print of the shipping policy You will need to find a service to help get the BBQ to where it needs to go in your backyard/back deck etc. Unlike all other appliance businesses I have ordered from BBQing will not partner with a local service, its their policy. Better get some help, dollies etc.
