Jul 23,2024I went to get help to connect my new BBQ. Dwayne was extremely helpful. Even though I didn't buy the BBQ there they treated me like a customer. This is a candy store for grilling. they also have a wide rande of sauces.

Jul 20,2024I bought a Louisiana Grills smoker from Capital BBQ. The temperature was unstable and off by at least 65 degrees from the time that we bought it. I notified sales at Capital BBQ when I was in-store and they said they would follow-up and get the rep from Louisiana Grills to contact me. They never did. I called Capital BBQ and left messages with no reply. After-sale service is lacking for sure. Ghosting customers never looks good on a company. **Capital BBQ has since responded and ensured that the issue with the smoker was addressed and fixed...and then some! Thank you Capital BBQ.
