Mar 08,2024Didn't make clear they are an agency rather than a paintball company. Charged 30£ more than it would have been for us to book direct at the location and no refunds. On hold when originally called for half an hour. Outrageous daylight robbery.

Oct 06,2023Cancelled my twins birthday party 6 days before -booked 3 months ago. Still not had refund tho policy states 72 hours. How can I even try to book elsewhere when they still have my money???Absolutely appalling . Avoid at all costs in case it happens to you. Since been offered other dates and discount and extra places….. no use as if I’d wanted extra places I’d have originally book them, it’s their birthday this week not another week or I’d have booked another date so pointless gesture and delayed refund continues due to change in their system. Again no help to me
