This company do not own a single paintball site, there false representation of their company online is fraudulent, this has been reported to trading standards who are looking into the company, dont make my mistake go direct to the paintball site you want to visit, these guys just book it for you and charge 15 per person extra than the actual company will, it is a fraudulent scam, this is not a large company it’s is run by two scammers, don’t book! just search the site and ring the actual company. Unfortunately in my case the information provided before the booking was incorrect, I was told that cancelling would incur a 15 cancellation fee ( which I was happy with) soon as the payment was made they will email you there terms and conditions, this states no refunds at all. Poor customer service, save money just go direct. The fact they are an inflated ticket booking service is omitted from there website, they imply they own the sites for which they don’t.
Would never recommend this company to anybody, honest mistake made, payed a large deposit, realised after a half hour, phoned company back and explained what had happened and the person that made the booking was dyslexic, the managers reply was I’m dyslexic to and processed to say that my son was an idiot for not reading the small print but terms and conditions stand, not only that they should not off accepted the booking as they were in level 4 and taking money from people that were in level 2 that thought they were going to there own county that was in level 2, this company should be investigated by the way they conduct there business, and retrained on there customer service, no refund
These guys are a joke. I've spent over an hour on the phone, and multiple phone calls trying to book a paintballing birthday party. The guys on the other end of the phone don't know anything, no idea of availability, not sure where their locations are. They just don't care. The website won't search by location, you can't book by time, no idea of pricing for paintball packs, no information on parties. Total joke. Booking with Campaign instead.

I booked for 15 lads three weeks ago and tonight I have only just been told the system went down and out booking didn’t come through! This is 4 days before 15 of us was due to go! The guy I spoke to on phone didn’t even sound bothered as he sounded like he was happy munching food while on phone to me! He gave me a choice of re booking and as I explained there is 15 lad that have managed to change plans and get baby sitters for kids etc! Said I wanted to speak to a manager and his response was , they will say the same as him! Asked about some sort of discount or free paint balls to re book and he said no! Shocked to how we have all been treated like that!
Let me book and pay online for a day they aren't even open. Only when calling to confirm as advised was told it wasn't on the day I had booked for and had to get a refund which then takes 5 days to go back into bank account. Very poor booking system

I and my friend booked to go paintballing through this company. Awful customer service. Do not respond to emails or calls. If you book you might as well forget about your money. Oh and do not believe their replies to reviews on this website. They replied to my friend's review saying the situation was resolved but he still hasn't heard from them.
Shoddy customer service-not only are the booking people rude they absolutely have no idea how to handle bookings. They are either asleep or hungover when you call them. Regarding the below nonchalant reply from bedlam-I can explain the situation to them if they would have the courtesy to find out rather than being ‘at a loss’, which they might soon be if they continue operating like that.
I am really disappointed with this company. All customer service goes out the window after you have paid for your booking. Now won't return my calls or answer my emails. Fed up and it seems like I have simply lost money. Stay away from this company. EDIT: despite the company's response below, they are yet to email me and yet to amend my booking. Dishonest as well as incompetent.

I want to start by saying I’m not one to complain but I had to speak up about the service I received today. Absolutely appalling service and they didn’t even accommodate us! I will never be booking with this company again and I have warned others not to go with beldham either. Drove up to haigh lane site today for a birthday outing, my fellow players and I were super excited about going paintballing for the first time. Arranged everything last week online for 6 players. I made the booking online and was not able to book a time slot and an automatic booking time was given for 9am. I contacted one of the staff members at beldham, Chris Rock, and spoke to head office in Edinburgh to advise them I would like my booking time changed which they did to 12.30pm.An invoice was sent to me via email and they even confirmed over the phone the site and time a few days before! I believed everything was sorted and is was going to be a very enjoyable experience but no I was very wrong. 1. I want everyone to be aware if you contact the emergency line which starts with 0845 you will be charged by your network and by the company. Very annoying because if you have booked to go on the weekend you can’t contact head office in Edinburgh, they work weekdays I believe?? ...you have to call the emergency contact number and you will be charged and it isn’t cheap! The conditions of the charges are mentioned in the invoice. We tried to contact the emergency number today along with all the other numbers you emailed me but I didn’t manage to get through to any of you today. Very disappointing.. surely an emergency number it supposed to be contactable. I understand it’s the weekend but why provide a service on the weekend when we can’t even reach you. I can provide proof of trying to contact you if need be. I managed to contact you during the week.. so what happened you today? 2. As I mentioned above we drove all the way there, 13 miles from home, paid for Petrol expecting to have one hell of a game. We got there and guess what we were turned away. The staff member there advised our booking was for 9am and that we missed our chance of playing. I showed him the booking YOU emailed me with the booking for 12.30pm. He seem surprised because he was told by head office that we made the booking for 9am. That is not a mistake on my part but yours. I contacted you multiple times to ensure we had the right booking time, you sent me an email and you even called me to make sure. He said we weren’t allowed to play when we came because we he was all packed up and ready to go and there was absolutely no chance we could play today. When head office called me on Friday they gave me the option to move my booking from Sunday to Saturday so that we could play with other groups and mentioned that we would be the only group playing on Sunday. I declined and stuck to my booking time, we confirmed this over the phone. The fact that I was charged to contact you to make sure that I had the right booking time, the correct site on multiple occasions and then turn up on time to the place and then be turned away because YOU made a mistake with the booking is unacceptable. I was told I couldn’t use a groupon voucher because times are hard with the unfortunate pandemic going on and that people needed to be paid and stay in work and that was completely understandable. We paid full price including booking fee with our hard earned money and I expect a FULL refund include booking fee. You mentioned your facing financial difficulties and so are we during this time so I don’t expect any deductions from the amount we paid. You did not liaise and coordinate with your staff members on this site, you both had different booking times and so why am I paying for a booking fee when you got it wrong? I’ve emailed you with my complaint. I expect an email as soon as possible along with my FULL refund. Thank you

Jun 07,2021Went to book in Norwich on another company called Nationwide paintballing. When I called them I was told that company no longer exists and the norwich site was closed despite showing as available on the dates I was looking at. The price at this site was £9 a ticket, however after being told the nearest site was Thetford and the company was Bedlam the price jumped to £15 per ticket excluding VAT. Bit of a shock but once I got over that I was able to book. The chap on the phone didn't seem too keen on the whole event and didn't ask if it was a stag or anything in particular so potentially missed out on an upsell as this is indeed a stag do.
