Jul 01,2023One of the toner cartridges that I ordered had no manufacturer seal. I emailed them on the same day I received the items and I have been waiting four days and still no response. No customer service! Update: They have now resolved the issue and sent me another toner cartridge.

Aug 23,2022Unfortunately I ordered my printer cartridge 11 days ago and it was only after I phoned I was yold two orders were placed for 1 item in stock and i wouldn't receive mine for another 4 days. Lovely lady who looked into it for me but disappointed I was never informed of delay.

Jun 20,2022The store showed a misleading picture of an XL cartridge and therefore I bought it knowing that even with the cost of postage it would be worth it. However it was only a regular sized cartridge and so it ended up costing more with postage than if I bought it from the local shops. I don't appreciate the misleading nature of their service.
