Bee claimed that driver attempted to deliver three times without success. We were at home all week and we collected several other parcels from other supplier but we had not notice of any courier from Bee. Bee confirmed that they have refunded me but that they retained the shipping costs. Result: I have not got the product I have ordered and I have paid for a courier that has not delivered the item.

I purchased an item online via bee business! I enquired about expected delivery date. Customer service was very courteous and advised me that the item will take longer than expected as it was out of stock. They were very understanding and offered me a direct refund.

1. I have been contacted via my private email address to offer an experience and perception of the service and buy. 2. It can only be described as rather poor. Prices on this item bought 'appear' to have jumped by a third over the C19 crisis? 3. The delivery service used which I had to pay for, was utterly appalling I was told to f off by the driver, this is subject to a formal investigation. 4. I am unsure what this company does and it mentions a supplier company who 'appears' responsible for sending the goods out etc. 5. A head scratching buy of which we are left rather bewildered. 6. The box the items came in was dishevelled and looked unappealing.

Bought some coloured highlighters, came extremely quickly. ..a little more expensive than the usual huge places, but trying to support smaller businesses now, so i don't care. Great quality pens, and good packaging, .. not the smoothest website, but i enjoyed using it , was a good shopping experience.

I had a query regarding my order for instant dry photo paper. The customer service team at Bee business supplies were most helpful in sorting the issue promptly. It is nice to know that some customer services actually do offer customer service, and do not blame coronavirus pandemic for poor or even no service, did not have to wait and push countless buttons to get through on telephone.
