If I remember correctly albeit I can never be sure of that, I have written a review previously. If I did I am sure that it would have been a positive one quite simply because the Beeline service is, every day, a very positive one, THANKYOU BEELINE !

Booked for pickup from Hurst Green on Friday night. I Never received call from them to notify pickup. Poor. Did not turn up. Unreliable. Would not recommend. Instead, will use Oxted station cars, who simply called for pickup as requested

Very misleading pricing. They took an advantage of bad weather today and on the phone agreed to drive me and my daughter from Sevenoaks to Orpington for 40 gbp but upon arrival I was forced to pay 49.20 gbp. I have disputed and called them again but as you can imagine, they were unwilling to change the final price, gave me 100 excuses. Terrible customer service. Avoid at every cost

Taxi drivers are always lovely so cannot fault them in the slightest but the customer service I have experienced from one person in particular over the phone is awful. When trying to cancel a taxi due to the fact there was a storm ongoing he was incredibly rude telling me I had wasted the taxi drivers time despite the fact the driver hadn’t even started moving yet so would have been late himself if I had needed the taxi in the end. I understand maybe there had been a few cancellations this day due to the storm and maybe he had received some rude customers. But I am always incredibly polite and always very polite to the drivers/people on the phone but the way he spoke to me was quite honestly disgusting and I now will not be using this service again and suggest other people steer clear especially if they need to call in with any issues/cancellations.

Very rude arrogant staff when you book a taxi they never put it in the system then when asked what happened they tried to blame me for being late. I hope in time another taxi service will be available with much better service other than beeline

I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years and spend a lot of money with them. But they don’t care! Their manager Michael Marshall was shockingly rude and unpleasant to me when I called to sort out an issue caused by their bad service. I guess he doesn’t care that he would be losing the company money as it’s not his company... He spoke like a bully to me whilst I was within my rights to be upset about being charged £25 more than what was quoted to me over the phone. Instead of apologising and sorting it like any normal person would, he proceeded to shout and scold me off. And that was after they overcharged taking me to the doctors appointment with a sick baby. These people have no morals or any decent values.

Terrible! Booked a taxi for a set time 7hrs before. Taxi turned up 45 mins late. Missing the start of the show we were booked and had tickets to see. Terrible!!

Do not use, they left me stranded by myself I booked a taxi with beeline for a midnight pick up, when they hadn’t arrived by 12:10 i phoned them to see how long they were going to be because i am a female standing outside on my own, the reply was i was put down as a no show because they turned up at 11:50 and waited until 12:01 and because i wasn’t there they left, i booked it for 12:00 not 11:50, i went outside at 12:00 because there was a taxi sitting there but it wasn’t beeline so i just waited, the person who answered the phone was rude too so i won’t be using them again

Appalling service. Waited for a taxi for 45 minutes when they told us it would be 20. We called after 30 minutes only to find out the driver had taken some other job without no one letting us know anything about it. They sent another one but we missed a train in the meantime.

Used their taxis for two days, 27th & 28th July 24, for weeding party in the outskirts of Sevenoaks. Booked in advance. Found their drivers, friendly, efficient and quite honest. Fully recommend them. Thanks

Did not use the app and booked ahead on phone, but it was still a shambles and paid more than twice as much than quoted over the phone. Total rip off.

Probably the worst booking experience I have ever had to book a taxis from St Marys Platt to West Malling. I booked online and the price was a reasonable £17.20. I had a call from Beeline two hours before my booked trip to tell me the price was £60 each way (total return (£120 total). When I told the lady on the phone she told me my booking was a computer fault because I am out of the area, This is a con from a very disreputable company. Please avoid them unless you are prepared to pay over 3 times the quoted rate notified when they know that it will be difficult for you to arrange a last minute replacement.

Not very nice experience yesterday with Beeline. We ordered a fixed rate car pick up from Heathrow. It turned out that the fee was not fixed after all and the company doesn’t really make their pricing policy transparent. They claimed that since we landed, we had only one hour covered to get to the car. With all the plane taxing and luggage collection it took us 1.5hrs yesterday evening to get to car, from the landing moment. We thought that Beeline price premium vs bolt / Uber would cover such things - turned out not and we were billed for excess time waiting by the driver. That would be fine if it was clearly known to us in advance - there is no point to advertise it as “fixed” rate fee. Switching to competitor from now on for these things to make a point.

Used this company for years, of late something has changed; to a person they are unfailingly rude, difficult and unfriendly; ... walking would be a better option than having to deal with these clowns.

I'm not sure what has happened to Beeline. I was a huge fan and loyal customer until my last interaction. I think the app that they are using is unreliable at best. I attempted to book a taxi from the airport on the app, and there seemed to be a bug in the app preventing me from scheduling the correct time. I did not complete the booking (there was not a specific 'complete booking' button offered, but i exited the app). I immediately called and booked a taxi on the phone with the same info i used on the app. A booking appeared in the app -- only ONE booking. On the day, i still had only one booking in the app. My taxi showed up at the airport and i took it. Later I got a call that another taxi had showed up. I spoke to a person who was quite rude and told me that i had to pay for both taxis. Actually, if the person had been less rude and more understanding, i was prepared to offer half the fare as compensation for the issue and i would have still been happy to be a customer, but due to the rudeness, I'm done with Beeline. I'm a pretty understanding person and don't usually leave bad reviews, but they don't even offer to meet people halfway... and their app is terrible. I'm sure Beeline will offer a rebuttal comment, but I would say that at the very least, you should stay away from the app.

Booked & paid for a taxi at 5pm tonight so my son could get home safely from Sevenoaks at 11pm tonight. Beeline took my money and then cancelled the taxi at 10.15pm this evening. No route home for my son and he is now trying to find somewhere to sleep tonight. On top of that Beeline now tell us that they will refund our money in 3-5 days!! Avoid this company. Shocking

Driver parked on my driveway and refused to move. Called their office to report and the manager put the phone down!!!! Do not use them at all!!!They are extremely rude from the driver to the manager! There are many other friendly cab companies out there in Sevenoaks.

Lack of responsability, neglect, unprofessional attitude. Firstly, on the 14/11/2022, around 18:51pm I booked a taxi for the next day, at 04:20am and everything went smoothly. After 1 hour and a half I noticed that I did not received a text mesage or email or someting like acknowledgement of my booking. I phoned the company, everything sorted, I received 4 emails confirmations. Next day, 04:20 no one turned up, I had to take my car to be able to catch the train. Around 04:28 I received an automatic email saying that the driver was there. This is a way of cover up the unprofessionalism and ignorance. As a foreigner I felt helpless to do something and I can think something else. However to conclude, a massive disdain for BEELINE TAXI SEVENOAKS. Thank you Beeline.
