Beema app not open and even online also policy not found
Don’t take beema insurance I got cheated with their cash back last year I. Joined beema to get the cash back once the insurance completed they are saying beema is closed and it’s GIG now I am planning to go to consumer court since they are still doing business in the name of beema if company is closed they should change the name
Poor service quality after period of car insurance. I did not have any claim on my car insurance and now that I am on period of renewing my car insurance and requesting for No Claim Certificate, after waiting for 8 working days, they will reply that I am not eligible for NCD (No Claim Document) which is very surprising. The No claim certificate is a proof that I did not claim any insurance claim and will be used to negotiate for cheaper insurance renewal on other vendor. Never again will I renew here at Beema and never will I recommend Beema to friends. You should learn from this experience here.

Most pathetic state of affair i have ever received by a consolidator. Customer care is adamant you ask something they reply something else. Requesting a call back since long no response.

It gets a bit annoying when they call 100 times and try to push for sale. For me to get a cash back I have to park my car and walk every day so mileage doesn’t go up

As per quotation supposed to give me 200AED gift voucher and cash back for <20K kilometres , not provided even after 20days from submitting all required documents representative. I asked him for the same today's, he is telling to send an email to support team with all details what a customer service wow.
I had full coverage, and then someone crashed into my car (other driver's fault). The claims experience with Beema was terrible. They took almost a month to process the claim, and meanwhile the garage kept my car. My policy included a rental car (I paid extra for that option), but the rental car was for only a few days, so I had nothing to drive while they continued to process my claim. They eventually said the car was a total loss. Beema gave me BELOW-market value for my car. They said if I'm not satisfied with that, they would give me HALF the repair cost amount so I could repair the car myself. Half! So I accepted the total loss and gave up my car for below-market value. They would not send me the money. They made me drive (with no car) to their office (located far from the city) to pick up the cheque. They have limited office hours, and their instructions to find their office were very vague. It felt as if they purposely used little tricks to avoid paying and/or delay paying. The amount they finally paid was below market AND below my total insured value--they claimed "depreciation" as the reason to pay less than the insured value that I paid for. Another trick. Then, after all that, they would not transfer the coverage to a new car and would not give me any reimbursement for low kilometers driven during the coverage year... ...because the coverage was discontinued (by them, when they took away my car), and they did not reimburse the unused portion of my insurance premium. Overall, Beema seem to squeeze out extra profits from their customers by giving the lowest possible benefits in the claims. They are super friendly when they're taking your money, but when you have a claim all they care about is themselves.
I am doing my car insurance with Beema for the last three years, I have got two cars insured with them. I was surprised when I wanted to avail their Airport drop off service. While I had taken the insurance I was promised that a family car will be provided. But actually while confirming the service they clearly mentioned that they will provide a standard sedan car. It is obvious that if I am availing an international flight with my two kids and wife, I will have at least 4 standard luggage and 4 hand carry. They also mentioned that the vehicle will be big enough only to accommodate 4 passengers, 2 standard luggage and 2 standard hand carry. My understanding was that they should had provided what the sales team promised while offering me the insurance, but in reality things are very different.

As of now - not impressed. After signed up for the insurance and paid for it they asked me again via email to upload the documents (which I did on the website already day before). Then I got a call from them asking about details of my policy and car and trying to sell me the insurance again - she wasn't aware I already signed up... I also had a promo 100 aed coupon if I signed up for the insurance - still haven't revived it. I have called the support and lady 'didn't see anything in the system', asked me to forward the email where I received this coupon etc. As of now it looks like a proper mess.
Highly recommended. A company with great good care assistants. Keep it up team Beema for providing good services.
