Jul 27,2024Their website makes it seem that you can just get a search pretty easily without any hassle. Then, they put you in a long “loading cycle”, which is completely fake (speaking from experience as a computer professional), to pull up information. About 3- 5 minutes in the fake loading screen where it says it’s pulling information from many sources, you are given a prompt to pay for the service. The website is essentially a pump-fake. It essentially says “The info is almost here! Almost there! Are you ready for your information! Whoops, you need to pay first” which would make a desperate individual not think twice about putting up the money. It’s a smart strategy but is emotional manipulation.

Jul 20,2024All that time "loading" just so they can demand MY Information before doing anything useful. Useless service that just wants to make you the product. Even if the information is legit, what they demand in exchange is not. Worse - I have to be a product just to let you know how toxic they are.

Original post:This site is an absolute waste of time, money, phone storage space, and sanity. I got suckered into the trial subscription for $5 over 7 days, limited to 100 searches. I searched two people. I first searched someone because I needed to find out their address because I was investigating a situation.They lie, no addresses come up in results. The other search said the person did not even exist. What a load of s#!÷. The only info they show is useless. Like the persons zodiac info? What a joke! Cities they may have lived in at some point, and the year a boat had inspection, (who cares that's irrelevant) and a laundry list of random unrelated names that maybe had known them or may not have. Like 20 names of other people I'm not even searching for. What a joke. I asked them nicely for a refund and canceled that poor excuse for a background search subscription. They did not even respond to my email to customer service. I hate this stupid, useless, good for nothing site! I will put a review everywhere I can find.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BEEN VERIFIED YOU CAN FIND OUT MORE BY GOOGLING FOR FREE.Buy sites like spokeo or Melissa, they have legit results.

Don’t waste the 15 minutes of your life that it literally takes to wait on 15+ fake scanning screens to finally get to the payment page where they finally let you know you have to pay for the report. Shove it up your a$$. Literally wasted part of my life waiting on all the b.s. scanning pages oh then I I have to pay. I did, with my literal life I don’t get back. Update: yea bc after waiting for all the theatrical b.s. and all the buttons on EVERY screen change “see your results” it finally 15 min later tells me you want $35 or whatever, which I declined bc you can’t promise accuracy or that there even will be any information in the first place. Pricing should be declared up front like every other normal company on the internet, not drive you thru this long complete waste of time theatrical b.s. process like its searching the whole time. It doesn’t take that long to search for info bc I do OSINT AND NMAP searches and it’s instant. It’s even faster when you have pre programmed sites to search. Which is all you do. You simply search public info sites, offering services you can’t guarantee, and charge asinine money for said un-guaranteed services. What pisses me off is the fact I had to sit and donate 15 minutes of my life I don’t get back bc you want to think you’re going to be slick and build people up refusing announcement of costs till the end hoping they cave by then and are like well I sat through that might as well. Further, tracking phone numbers is a lie. Fail to mention that up front too.

Jul 06,2024Signed up for $1 seven day trial to find VIN based values on my cars for insurance. Everything seemed great until after the 7 days were over, I was switched to monthly membership at $28.79/month with automatic payment from my PayPal, which was in the T&C, but not explicit. I was able to cancel and get a refund, but it took several emails. First, they closed the account without a refund, then, I was able to secure a refund. While the service worked, and I was able to cancel and refund, it felt needlessly icky, sneaky, and scammy.
