Jan 08,2024Not very useful. Misses a lot of public information like pending lawsuits, death records, marriage/ divorce records, crimes (civil or criminal) etc. I can find on my own the information that was excluded so don’t really see a point to paying for a subscription.

Jan 09,2024Overall, the returned results for a search are fine and include sufficient relevant information, which is usually quite accurate. However, the UI on the PC version is outdated, uses way too much screen real estate, and basically needs an overhaul. Even logging out requires opening a sidebar drop-down and navigating to the bottom - very old school. While we continue to use BV for its accuracy and inclusion of relevant information, we don't look forward to opening it and navigating through the cumbersome interface. The price point is Ok and competitive, although not sustainable for occasional use, only if you use it frequently. There should be another "value" option for those of us that may only require usage a few months out of the year.
