Dec 11,2024The process overall was quick and easy. Only slight issue was we couldn't access the documents portal but they could do the application document signing via email and it didn't hold anything up. Very friendly and very on hand to guide through all the steps.

The whole process can be quite painful; I’ve not dealt with any other firms so I’ve nothing to compare it to & this is possibly more to do with the rules and regulations of the land!
