Nov 30,2024Honest review. I took the loan out to consolidate an existing loan and other bits as the APR is lower. The process took longer than expected and took more documents which I was fine with as I wanted it sorting. Communication was great also upto the completion. However this is where things have turned sour. Once completed I feel as though Believe has washed their hands with me as it's completed. I have spoken to the company Pepper Money who issued the loan and have stated they have released the funds, however one of the companies that require payment still haven't recieved it. I've encountered interest charges which neither Believe or Pepper are helpful in wanting to resolve. None is my fault. Now the deal is done I'm left with the advice of contact either party by both parties basically trying to resolve the issues myself. More than happy to change my review but so far I'm annoyed at how things have ended and would not recommend Believe loan purely off this. I had zero issues with Selina Finance I messaged my case manager stating this which has been ignored. Prior to this I have a message also stating to contact those companies owed myself if they don't recieve payment by Friday.. which I have done and still none the wiser. I have since found the issue being down to Believe providing the wrong account number to Pepper which I have proof of from emails and documents sent in where one digit is wrong. This has caused me alot of stress and impacted my mental health. Plus the office is closed over the weekend so it's impacted me even more worrying over it all. I've had to do the chasing to find the issue myself which defeats the object of paying Believe Loans as a broker, it's their mistake that I am having to fix. Someone at Very! has had my money paid into their account, £548 to be exact. Leaving me £548 out of pocket and also £106 in more debt because of late payment fees! If it isn't resolved I'll have no other choice than to contact the Financial Ombudsman which again is more stress and time of which defeats the object of Believe being a broker.

He was amazing, professional, informative and very friendly he made me feel at ease as it was the first time I had enquired about a secure loan. My case manager assigned was then Ellie who was as equally amazing, supportive, and helped every step of the way. What a difference that made to the process. Nothing was too much for her to help, all taken in her stride. Even when obstacles appeared she dealt with them swiftly. You are lucky to have such a lovely team. Just want to thank you both again keep up the good work. I would highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Nov 26,2024The experience was made great by one employee in particular... Leah. She was helpful, understanding and professional. Always called back when she said she would (very rare in this day and age) Leah is a real credit to your company. She remained professional and some what frustrated in the beginning when the ID checking software kept failing to take a proper image (the software being used is terrible it fails to focus the image when taking the ID pictures) but Leah enabled me to send my images direct to her email.

Dec 03,2024From start to finish Callum and Grace were fab! Callum listened to my main concerns and helped figure out the best amount for us. Grace went above and beyond continuously to secure us our loan, even when the lenders were challenging silly little things. She took the time to explain things and helped me figure out how I could get the documents needed.it took longer then we expected because of the lenders but the result is worth it we are hundreds of pounds better off a month and less stressed thanks to these guys.
