Oct 06,2021Lisa has been extremely responsive to the many needs arising in transitioning my practice to a new billing and claims system and clearing house. She is quick to communicate and effectively enlists the support of other team members, (credentialing for example). Technical glitches and errors in the set up of claims processing integration via my existing EHR made for a challenging beginning. This would be a five star review if not for circumstances that made the two months of transition a very trying one. I’m very grateful Lisa showed up for the fixes every time and handled them with courteous professional expertise.
