The process was - - Efficient - Easy to understand The staff were amazing and were really clear in how the process worked. I was given a really fair price considering the condition for some of the figures and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I would definitely recommend visiting them and I doubt you could resist treating yourself with something from their huge collection!!! Great company, let’s all support!!

Great service from Jacob via email, everything really straight forward, dropped the pop vinyls off at the Manchester Arndale shop and had an email within 4 hours confirming the price they were willing to offer. Really simple process from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.😊

Jul 15,2023They’re my favourite shop to go to and always my first stop in town! Sell so many good products that I don’t see anywhere else and are pretty specific to certain interests of mine. Really professional and friendly service. Sold a bunch of funkos to them and they accepted them and sent the money over the same day (within hours!). Can’t fault their service, will definitely sell to them again and will continue to buy their products!

Jul 04,2023I had many Funko Pop Vinyls to sell and the Be More Geek team were very polite and helpful they answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable offer. I ended up sending a large parcel to Be More Geek to be valued which arrived at their store extremely quickly and safely thanks to Dpd. I spoke with Jacob, Aly, Steve and Carl by email who were all very helpful the process of sending the parcel to be valued up to the payment was very smooth. Overall very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend them!

They sent me over shipping labels and the parcels arrived the day after I sent them, they were swiftly assessed same day and the money arrived in my account a few hours later. Some of the pops were damaged and they even offered to send them back to me free of charge. Excellent service, excellent staff engagement, 10/10 would highly recommend.
