Received my demo clubs within two days after ordering on a Sunday night.....amazing! Still trying them out! Hopefully I will make a purchase ! Steve Ehlinger

I ordered the two demo Edge irons and got a chance to take them on the range. They send the 6 and 9 irons which I think is great. This gave me the chance try out a variety of shots. I currently play the Ping i210s. The Edge and my i210s have virtually the same size heads. Even the soles are pretty much the same width. One negative is that the topline is noticably thicker than my i210s. I guess that comes with perimeter weighted clubs. In checking the lofts, the Edge and i210 are the same. In hitting, the Edge irons have a very nice feel and go pretty much the same distance as my i210s. I was able to fade and draw. I did notice that even though the Edge and i210 have the same D2 swingweight, the Edge felt noticably heavier to swing but not by much. I would assume this because the Edge clubs are forged and my i210s aren’t. So if you’re in market for a player’s club with some forgiveness, these are a good choice. The quality of the metal is very nice and cleans up really well. I think they would stay looking good for a long time. I think for the price, these clubs are a Great value. I was thinking about buying these but noticed that on the ordering page I was not able adjust the lofts or the length of the shafts. If you know anything about the Ping color dot system, these are going to be standard loft and lie in a black dot. When I see new clubs introduced by the major manufacturers, they are now coming with stronger lofts. For example, the seven iron which is usually 34 degrees, like these Edge clubs, are now coming with 30 degrees or thereabouts. So for me, I really wanted to have stronger lofts and since I can’t seem to specify that, the demos are going back with no resulting order.

Very excited about these clubs. I haven’t been able to use them because of the coronavirus situation and the closed driving ranges and courses. I was able to hit some foam practice balls. Not the same thing but better than nothing.

The folks at BHG are great, in my experience. Quick replies to my questions and accurate information about fitting, demo program and the like. Unfortuantely, the clubs didn't suit me. I tried the PTX Pro 6 & 9 irons in the demo program. My 12 year Callaways were much better in every category: distance, dispersion and, most important of all, feel and feedback. I play to a 10 handicap, so the PTX Pros are obviously above my pay grade. Disappointed, sure. But hey, that's golf.

Their customer service is first rate. They are responsive and give full explanations either by direct response or by sending links to their website location or other websites. I have only had a few occasions to ask for assistance and the response was fast and accurate.
