Dec 06,2023Still haven't received my items. Have messaged on email, Facebook and Instagram and have been ignored. Also phoned and no one answers. Really poor customer service. I have now been contacted and updated. Looks like royal mail are inundated with parcels and it may have got lost. Have been promised an update so fingers crossed my little boys item will be here in time
