Jun 24,2023First order had the ready assembled hose pipe trolley subst with just a hosepipe.Also an azailia plant was dead when it arrived....I believe the warehouse were responsible..lack of attention to detail.I rang Bents,spoke to a young man,Daniel..problem resolved ...replaced plant and delivered the right hose and trolley.Excellent service..Thank You

Jun 19,2023Nothing wrong with item I ordered, it was the method of delivery. For a small card 4inch by 4inch to arrive in box big enough to hold a pair of shoes, ludicrous. Other than that things ok.

Delivery was very fast and the product was well received by the recipients. The only criticism was that the quality and appearance of the voucher itself seemed a little amateur, and not reflective of the cost of, nor the image Bents would normally try to create.
