Nov 11,2022Crappy service after not being able to complete my order. I tried with multiple cards, payment methods and web browsers and was not able to pay. After connecting to an agent on chat, I was not helped in the slightest and was met with "i dont know, try later, I cant make a miracle happen" I didn't expect the CS agent to know what to do to fix the issue, but to at least offer some kind of actual support, create a ticket, report the issue to the relevant team, for example. I'd happily wait til Monday for any reply. At least show a sign that this is not a normal thing to happen, other than "the issue must be with you because nobody else has an issue" regardless of that, report the issue and let the relevant person who actually has knowledge give some feedback, a solution or give me proper instruction on what i can do to make a payment alternatively. I cant believe that as a customer, I should have to suggest such simple basic things that any good CS agent should be doing to help their companies customers. In the end I took it as a sign from the God above, that I should not spend my money with this company.

Nov 22,2022Vu la réponse aussi absurde qu'inutile, j'ai à nouveau dû contacter ce piètre service à la clientèle, toujours en attente de réponse acceptable ! Il y a de nombreuses pharmacies en ligne, ne vous trompez pas ! A Lloydspharma : Je reviens vers vous vu le peu de cas que vous faites de vos clients ! J'ai passé une commande (BESTELLING #LP16311) qui a mis un temps inouï à me parvenir, déjà ça n'est pas très correct. Ensuite, dans mon colis, il y avait 2 flacons du même produit mais l'un plutôt endommagé et ayant été manipulé avec ferveur au vu de son aspect. Je l'ai signalé et en réponse, on m'a répondu que ce n'est pas grave, que vous avez vérifié la commande et que les 2 flacons sont issus du même lot. Absurde mensonge, le numéro de lot est indiqué sur le bas des étiquettes et, sans avoir fait des études d'astrophysique, le plus simple benêt peut constater que les numéros sont différents !!! J'attends de votre part un geste commercial en plus du changement à vos frais de ce pot que je n'utiliserai pas en l'état. Salutations,
