Dec 12,2011I purchased a dog/car repeller which did not operate correctly. I wrote to the supplier, but heard nothing for a few weeks, so decided to phone him. He immediately set about replacing the item, which arrived two days later - and works fine. So great service after all.

Dec 01,2011Ordered a Ultrasonic Cat Deterrent. The product arrived later than expected. It looked as if it had been opened then resealed. To add salt to the wound, the product did not work. I was being pestered by Cat droppings under my front room window, so I cleared what was there, put raw bleach down to hide any smells, then installed my new Cat Deterrent after following the instructions? Two days later when checking the area I found even more Cat's droppings than there had been there previously? Unfortunately I didn't save the packaging otherwise I would have sent it back??? So I was not too impressed!

Dec 15,2011Bought one of these earlier this year as our neighbours cat was going to the toilet on our lawn, in the flower beds and in the gravel and I was clearing up everyday. As soon as I put the the device in place the problem stopped, literally overnight. I have not had anything to clear up in nearly 4 months! I've also bought 2 more of these for my mum's garden. Thoroughly recommended
