Apr 13,2021I worked with Adam McCormick last year for a refinance of my home. I was impressed with his knowledge, his ability to explain principles, his patience with my questions and his overall helpfulness. He made my refinance as pain free as possible and he has gained my respect and confidence implicitly. He left the door open after we closed on the loan and told me that I could call him anytime with questions and he would help me anyway that he could. I took him up on that offer today when I called and asked whether it would be in my best interest to refinance again. He once again provided valuable and honest advice which I greatly appreciated. He also answered a question about my recent escrow statement. Adam has earned my trust and I will certainly work with him again for my mortgage or refinance needs.

It took a while to close but that's the state of the market right now with a flood of refinances to take advantage of the low rates. Mitchell... Thank You so much for all your help. Feb 14,2021Wow, I've done a lot of refi's over the years but thanks to Carter Thomas, none have ever been so seamless! We had received multiple offers in the mail to refi and after countless phone calls and exchanges of information, we settled on Better Lending. Their rates and closing costs were very competitive, but what sold us was Carter. I asked a thousand questions and made him go over the particulars of their offer multiple times to ensure there wasn't some hidden or unexplained cost. Because he was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, we decided to go with Better Lending, even though our own well-known bank offered to match Better Lending's offer. He cared about earning our business more than our current lender appeared to care about keeping it. Thanks, Carter, for making this experience the best refi we've done to date!

Jan 29,2021The first agent that took my call started the lending process and then just disappeared. I thought I had used a fraudulent company! I called the customer service number and got Lindsay. She took our file over and started to get everything back on track. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the process took too long and right when I thought we were going to sign, there was a change and we were told we were going to have to do a first and second on our house. Lindsay saved the day again and she was able to get our refinance back to the original agreement. Lindsay was always available and although things got rocky at the end, she stayed in touch and followed through on her commitments.

What I appreciate the most is the fact that the team is always fair and there are no surprises. They deliver on their commitment and always try to do whats best for the client. Jan 09,2021I have had the pleasure to transact with Better Landing a few times. I have done 2 refi's and 2 purchases. The refi process has always been very smooth and quick. The whole team is very knowledgeable and take out the guess work. They provide a very clear check list of all the documentation along with a secure portal to make the process easy. They are also one of the few landing providers that are fair and deliver on what they say without any surprises. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will do business with them again.

Response time was Immediate! I am a retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt and have supervised thousands of troops and she easily would sit at the top 1% when it comes to knowledge, energy, attitude, and with a positive outlook while walking you through each step of the process!
