Prompt and efficient help and problem resolution
Renewing my website was quick and easy. Support was very courteous and professional.
...Payment was completed. On my screen when i sign in, on the left there is a box with allthe social media icons and an "X" on the bottom to remove that box. The "X" does not remove or reduce that box. That really should be addressed. I do not use the social medias like most. No smart phone.

I love betterphoto.com. They are a responsive, thoughtful and fun company. I've been an active member for at least 15 years and without them I don't think I would be the photographer that I am. My website that they host keeps me going every day.
Wonderful interactive discussions - many great other photographers - fabulous photo courses. A must have for all photo buffs

Nothing "went wrong" with the renewal experience. But for me the value for the $$ has gone down a lot over the years. That's what my rating was based on.
Request was handled in a timely manner, and as requested. Appreciate your prompt attention to details.
Better Photo provides a good community of photographers, and fun competitions every month. However the site is very slow and rather clumsy, making it difficult to browse people's photos. I subscribe simply because of the competitions and useful feedback, but use other sites for displaying my photos.
BP community is good. However maintaining a website is challenging. Tools are archaic. Very difficult to maintain a professional website with BP. Looking to move my content as soon as I can.
The material is delivered in a way that it is too conversational. With example photos that are less than inspiring it is hard to take the material serious. There are much better photos in the gallery submitted by other members. There are some very good presentations on Youtube that will improve your skills.
I love Betterphoto, the contest and the members of it. I have many friends and I enjoy beautiful photographies every day. I have had also the opportunity to learn new techniques and tips to take better images by taking several courses. Thank you Betterphoto!!!
I've had a website with BetterPhoto for over twenty years.. When renewing my website I inadvertently keyed in the wrong website type. I immediately emailed BetterPhoto and asked for help. They replied a couple of weeks later that they were on it. That was almost a year ago. They no longer even reply to my queries... Very very disappointing
I've asked repeatedly for BetterPhoto to fix an issue I'm having not receiving any of my notifications. I pretty much got a shoulder shrug and no help.
I have been with BP a very long time, if I didn't like it I would have left a very long time ago. My criticism is for the new influx of photos with "sentiments" like they are memes. I get LOTS of emails with Landscapes. Every time I look they are getting some kind of award. Where is equal time for Portraits and such.... BTW I am still waiting for a response to my question
