The experience has been awful - I paid $169 for a silver upgrade which includes a website - and got NOTHING. No website, no gallery, no nothing. So to date - I have nothing. I contacted BetterPhoto and no response at least not yet. Upset and disappointed - the promise was that I would have the website and gallery in two days or less - it’s 11 days and counting. Not happy at all. Update: No gallery, No website No NOTHING - so still to date got nothing - second promise to have the website and gallery and again got nothing - they even asked for more money for a classic gallery that it says online is included in the price I paid of $169.

I got good help in renewing my subscription.
I find that when I upload photos they are not the same colour consistency as uploading to Facebook or Instagram. They are true colour on my computer but look dull or muted on BetterPhoto.
I don't get the email communications that I've signed up for. I also haven't gotten on-site notifications in YEARS! Those cost a couple of stars. Tech support has been unable to solve either problem.
It seemed routine as usual.
A few years ago I became sick. I had been enjoying Betterphoto for years and during my illness I kept my site and continued to receive emails. Finally I am ready to start my photography again. Thanks BP for helping me.
Communication is not good.
It was fast and easy. I had only to type my credit card numbers and it was immediately accepted. I received a mail with the details of the purchase and the following day my photo gallery was renewed
Not good. Paid and can’t log in.
