Jul 13,2023i loved it! my dad was so happy with his gift of his 3 grandchildren in a heart. it was 2 separate photos and his team made it look perfect. i had asked for some editing on one photo, removal of an anklet, and they were able to do it. i definitely recommend this shop you won't regret it. i would order from them again. worth every penny.

Jul 06,2023There were a lot of breaks in the communication. I was expecting to see the 3D model before giving the final go-ahead for making the part and I was promised that I will get one. However there was no final confirmation before the item got made and shipped. Also, the full shipping list of items were not sent all at once. I had to call back for getting the light base. Also, the phone was not answered many times and I had to make repeated calls to talk to someone. This aspect of communication needs improvement in the future.
