Feb 22,2024They did an awesome job. One of the photos I used was a diagonal position but it still came out great on the Crystal shape that I chose. The price was great. I got two small crystals for the price of one large crystal. Packaging and delivery were great too. My package came in the time anticipated and was enclosed in a nice box.

Feb 21,2024I needed to create a gift for a very special occasion after a very devastating family occurence. This was custom piece that was put together with a combination of photos. Steve was very receptive and helpful with designing the piece and had it completed way ahead of the date required for the event. I would recommend this company to everyone based on my 2 experiences with this company and fantastic customer service.

He is very critical and always looks at the details and for the first time in all our 20+ years together he had nothing negative to say. Feb 15,2024Every ad I saw stated they would take an a image and help render it 3d. I spent multiple hours designing a custom image to memorialize my since past grandfathers as a gift to my father on his birthday. The only software I had to work with was Microsoft Word, which I then converted to pdf, since the website wouldn't allow the word document. The intention was for a tattered American flag background, their corresponding emblem for miltilty service midground, and name birthdates/passing dates in the foreground. Thats how it was was made, converted, intended, uploaded. The final product received was a sad disappointment, undeserving of the 3D nomenclature promised in all the ads. It was horrid, unreadable one dimensional portrait of overlapping textures that I was embarrassed to present to my father, let only have displayed in our business as my original intention. I understand the fact that I used a 1d software, in designing my image I was careful to layer to aid in developing the 3d image processing promised. In all I WASTED 260 something dollars in an attempt to deliver the best birthday present possible, on display for the world to see. In the end I wasted money that i didn't need to waste, on a product that was promised but couldn't be delivered, on a customer that was hopeful for the perfect gift, but will likely never return.

Feb 14,2024I was very disappointed in the quality of the key chain I ordered. The picture was not visable was better with light. It looks like a bad glass etching. The faces are not clear. Does not look like the examples I saw. Ordered it for my granddaughters valentines present. Did not give it to her. Would not recommend.
