Sep 12,2024I engaged this company for small business funding. They kept selling the fact that they don't report the loan on your credit. Their rates and fees are on the high side, and it seemed they were using this selling point as a way to justify it. Well, turns out they still put a UCC lien on your business, so it has the same affect as being reported on credit. And if you ask to pay off your loan early, they will ask for 5 years of payments. Also, they initially told me I had to buy very expensive "loan insurance", and only after I said I was not interested, they then said it was optional insurance. Very shady company in my opinion and I will not do business with them again. Edit: to reply to their response. Yes, someone did reach out. They couldn't guarantee anything and said it was unlikely, but said they could "try". Yes, the terms were clear. But the lien is not disclosed (they aren't required to). The sales reps know what they are doing. The loan is fine, but they will not see anymore of my business in the future. Especially after this fluff response.

Sep 12,2024The entire process was very quick and easy. Each step and all fees were thoroughly explained, each agent I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They explained my rates for what I initially asked for, told how much I was actually approved for, and then gave me rates for other amounts in case I could use more. This is my first experience with BHG and so far so good.

They were able to clearly communicate all of the next steps, follow up via personalized emails, Easy to reply text messages as well as the very intimate personal phone call. As a seasoned sales professional for 20 years, I was blown away by this support attention to detail and dedication to the customer experience. My particular situation included a very large healthcare, coupled with the desire to make a large purchase in the form of engagement ring. Having to choose between a very large deductible payment or a diamond ring is not something that is very easy; your health or the love of your life? These human beings were able to understand that this was a very difficult time and decision and expedited my application with due diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail within the fiduciary world, and all of the responsibilities and laws that are built out to protect us all. Sep 08,2024Do not use, they take your personal information and never call you back. I feel like I’ve just got Scammed, they don’t return your emails or calls. Not sure what’s going on. STAY AWAY and use a trusted name. BHG sounds like a scam
