Oct 06,2024Applied for a debt consolidation loan, was denied. Ok, no problem. What happens next is the reason for the review. They would not leave me alone. I eventually received an encouraging email saying they’ve reevaluated my application and loans may be available. Reapplied and was immediately rejected again. BHG - do not send such hopeful emails to people. It’s dishonest, and frustrating to be on the other side. Never again will I consider BHG Before you respond with the same “we’ve given x amount over x years” I don’t care. This review is about my and only my experience with your company. Do not send automated emails that give nothing but hope. Have an actual human being contact me with loan options ONLY when a loan is actually available. Until then, leave people alone.

Oct 05,2024Based on interest rates and the current economic climate, I chose to consolidate some debt with a fixed interest rate. BHG was wonderful. The process was efficient and easy and the staff were amazing. They answered each question and was very honest. Thank you.

After listening to the possible options, they allowed me the time to go over them without a high-pressure tactic. After deciding on a plan, the back office clearly stated all they needed for me and were responsive to any questions that I had. I told them that with all my education in Healthcare, loans add up and I need help consolidating and they just got it. That’s what you need in the lending industry- not harassment for working hard and getting stuck with bills but someone compassionate to understand and help! I worked with Jose Nunez and he understood the products and my situation incredibly well which made me feel comfortable moving forward with the loan. I’ve been in banking for 20 years and he was able to answer all of my specific questions and also helped me understand how I can continuously improve my financial situation. The entire back office team was on top of their stuff, making the entire process seamless. Even their marketing pieces felt very high-class and personalized which added a sense of prestige to the process. Can not recommend enough.

Sep 30,2024Was fast and easy process & explains things clearly. Would give a 5 start but. When I worked and talked with Karen. I asked if they had an app or quick link for my info on the loan, that I could access never received feedback. Also tried emailing asking the same thing and still have not received anything. This would be nice for making extra payment's, or even just seeing what you have paid off or have left on loan. 2nd part of answer. You senior rep has called me and have called him back 2 times left messages both times along with a text & an email explaining just send me the info in a text or an email. Still has not been resolved thanks!
