Mar 25,2025Top notch customer service since day one. It’s a company local to the New Orleans area. The compound pharmacies Big Easy works with are the best as well! Plus their shipping is overnight and if anything is ever wrong, the Big Easy Krewe will make it right. My physician is amazing and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he cares for. Not to mention the cost compared to other mediocre sites…I’d sign up again with Big Easy in a heartbeat!

They have been nothing but responsive, transparent, and helpful throughout the start of my journey as their patient. Having switched from another telehealth provider, I am thrilled with Big Easy’s level of service and care. I have interacted with both the front line care team and a Doctor and all have been so thorough and helpful. I nearly never write reviews but others deserve to know that this is a reputable company that puts its patients first.

Mar 05,2025I have used other telehealth services but my very best experience has been with Big Easy. Knowing they are using 504B pharmacies is worth every extra penny. Please know that "cheaper" is not always better....especially with compounding facilities. I have full faith in using Big Easy Weight Loss.

Jan 24,2025Ok so after three months on the meds I didn’t lose much weight but didn’t gain any either. Appetite suppression was not good and I constantly craved sweets. Customer service was great but signed up for three months and they tried to charge me for a fourth month so be careful with that. Overall they are reputable and honest people but I think all of these companies can be a bit shady when it comes to the financial part. I went with a cheaper company and found the appetite suppression to be much better. Good luck Big Easy!

Their pharmacy is top notch and goes through extra quality controls, which was important to me. And Big Easy has been there providing great customer service whenever I've had questions or issues. Highly recommend!

Nov 27,2024Great company, probably one of the best tele-health companies doing this. It’s been an easy streamlined and prompt experience to say the least. Same price for all doses. Multiple options depending on budget. The whole process is pretty straightforward and easy to get an appointment with a doctor and the medication ships within a day or 2 packed nice and neat with ice packs and includes all the supplies you’ll need. They use BPI Labs which is a 503B pharmacy so stricter standards and regulations. The “Krewe” are so nice, prompt and professional, easy to use app and website where you can chat the team with questions and they respond super quick, I’ve even gotten answers at 11pm lol. Very patient friendly tele-health. 10/10 experience

I was treading in an ocean of opportunists trying to manage my hormonal weight, (I'm looking at you Henry Meds) and here I have an actual *Doctor who is actually *available and actually *cares about ethics and her patient's well-being.
