Dec 22,2022This is a great buisness idea as it is impossible to get over size 12 in shops.I recently bought shoes for my husband on Big Shoes, they were good quality, nice shoes and I received them very quickly. The shoes were too big so I emailed them and told them I was sending them back for smaller pair. The emailed back that they might be waiting a few days for that size to come in , did I want to wait or get a refund. I decided to wait and received the shoes a few days later. Good communication and good customer service.My husband loves them and I will be definitely ordering from this site again.
