Sep 17,2021I have bought shoes from Bigshoes before so I knew what to expect. I looked first online to get a good idea of what runners I would like. I wasn't able to decide from the photos so I phoned Bigshoes. I wad delighted that I had asked for advice. I took the advice and in a few days I took delivery of the most comfortable runners I have had in a while. My wife says they are the best looking runners I have ever worn. I was really happy with how I got to interact with Bigshoes. They were knowlegeable and very helpful. The shoes were delivered in very good time and as I said before totally satisfied me and also my wife. Well done again Bigshoes!. Mike L.

Sep 08,2021The website said they had the shoes I needed in stock. So I ordered them and another item. Then I got an email saying the shoes would be shipped directly from the manufacturer. They told me that some dress shoes and work shoes ship directly from the manufacturer. So they flat out lied when they said the shoes were in stock. I feel like they should be honest and tell the customer that the manufacturer has inventory and will ship it to them. I will not work with this dishonest company in the future. They even sent me an email saying they were getting my order together when really they were just letting the manufacturer know what I needed and for that they will take a cut of the money. The package arrived with my insoles. They were not adequately packaged. The box was inside a plastic envelope and the box was mangled so bad the insoles were halfway out.
