Sep 02,2024This company should be ashamed of themselves. I understand returns can be a pain sometimes, but l have purchased over a dozen shoes from this company. Finally a pair did not fit, so l put in for a return. Good luck. They make this very difficult. Customer support is a joke as well. After a few months when they give you a credit it is almost impossible to use it. They don't make it easy. When you go to purchase a new pair they do not give you the option to add the credit from return. You need to go to another website to do this first. Skip all the hassle and shop somewhere else. In the end you are really not saving any money. 1 year later: I still have not received my credit for return, but they got their shoes back from me. See attached photo confirming the shoes were returned.
