Mar 08,2024Absolute shocking, I had to take it to some body else to get it fixed. Made a right pig. Ear didn’t put right chain on. Didn’t put the brakes on. Didn’t put the accelerator on tied the battery on absolute terrible made a right mess avoid like the plague

He worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that every component was installed correctly, and provided regular updates throughout the process. The electric motor provided a smooth and powerful ride, and the battery lasted much longer than I anticipated. I couldn't be happier with my new bike!

Absolutely delighted with the bikes performance gives me a real buzz when I'm up those hills on my way to work!! Real good genuine honest guy. Feb 12,2025Slow response times to queries/problems. There were mechanical problems with the bike: gears, chain. Refused to come out to fix poor workmanship unless I paid a call-out fee. Took it elsewhere and the guy identified the problem immediately wrong chain (despite him charging me for new one) and dereilleur not aligned correctly. Save yourself hassle and money and use someone else.
