Overall Training and content was good, 21 CFR Part 11 and CSV is explained thoroughly.

Test results would have been nice to see which ones I got wrong. I did not see how to get that info. Also, I take diligent notes, and some of the questions you have on the test t was not finding some of the answers in the notes I took if I didn't know the answer already. Definitely not for a first timer who doesn't know QMS inside and out.

This is a great course for self development. It will be good if there is a review section for the assessment so the student can see why the answer they picked is wrong. Biopharm does not have to provide the answer but just why the student might think the answer they chose is right howbeit it is wrong answer.

The issues I had were the "pick one or more" questions. Along with not knowing what answers I missed. It would be nice to know what answers were wrong and the correct answer instead of just retaking. Can't learn if you don't have the correct answer. Over all though, good course.
